The customer has the right to return the purchased product and request its replacement in the following cases:
In all cases of sale of incorrect product or product of poor or even defective quality
If the order was for another customer
In case the customer changes his mind.
Product Return Conditions:
• Τhe product must not have been used.
• Return must be made within seven (7) calendar days.
• The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
• The product is in the condition received by the customer, complete and without deterioration; and its packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product.
If the customer has changed their mind and the above conditions are met, then the amount is refunded within 10 working days, after the shipping costs and financial expenses (bank/PayPal fees etc.) are deducted.
If the refund is not made within the above period or does not meet any of the requirements or is made for any reason other than the above, any refund or replacement may not be accepted.
